Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't permitted when using the Stayvora Technologies platform, so it stays safe and reliable for every Center operator and their customers.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

• Submit, store, or process false, fraudulent, or forged identity documents or information for any government service application.
• Attempt to access another Center's account, data, or wallet without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the platform's security, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls, except through our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via the WhatsApp/SMS integrations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell access to the platform without authorization.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

3. Center Operator Responsibilities

Each Center operator is responsible for the accuracy of information their staff enters on behalf of a customer, for obtaining proper customer consent before collecting or submitting personal data (see our Customer Consent Policy), and for keeping their own staff login credentials confidential.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of a Center's account, forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance tied to fraudulent activity, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
