1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. We also use browser local storage for similar purposes (e.g. remembering a light/dark theme preference, and your cookie consent choice). This policy covers both.
2. Cookies & Local Storage We Use
- Session cookies (strictly necessary): keep you logged in to the Center Admin, Super Admin, or Customer Portal while you use the platform. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- CSRF protection tokens: a security token stored per session to prevent cross-site request forgery on every form submission — strictly necessary.
- Theme preference & cookie consent (local storage): remembers whether you last chose light or dark mode, and your cookie consent preferences, stored only on your device.
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie consent banner, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance on our public marketing pages. No analytics cookies are set before you consent, and none are used inside the authenticated Center Admin/Super Admin/Portal areas.
- Marketing (only with your consent): reserved for future marketing measurement; nothing is set in this category today, and nothing will be without your consent via the cookie preferences modal.
3. Third-Party Cookies
When you complete a payment, our payment gateway partners (Razorpay, PhonePe) may set their own cookies during the checkout flow, governed by their own cookie/privacy policies, not this one. We do not control those cookies.
4. Managing Cookies
You can accept, reject, or customize optional cookies at any time using the cookie consent banner or the "Preferences" link in it. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Blocking strictly-necessary session cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the platform.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
