These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Stayvora Technologies platform at digital.stayvoratech.com ("Platform"), operated by Stayvora Technologies ("Stayvora", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, a Digital Seva Kendra, CSC, Grama One, or Cyber Center operator ("Center", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is software-as-a-service that helps Centers manage service applications, customer queues, billing, document workflows, and related operations. Stayvora provides the software; each Center is independently responsible for the government services, documents, and advice it provides to its own customers.
Access to the Platform is provided under the subscription plan you select. Fees are billed as described at the time of subscription and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Payment processing for your customers' service fees (via Razorpay, PhonePe, or cash) is your responsibility to reconcile; Stayvora is not a party to the underlying transaction between you and your customer.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Stayvora Technologies. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your Center's operations — it does not transfer ownership of any Platform intellectual property to you. Content you upload (customer documents, your Center's branding on your public website page) remains yours.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Razorpay, PhonePe, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and Google Business Profile, where a Center chooses to connect them. Use of those services is additionally governed by each provider's own terms; Stayvora is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stayvora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stayvora's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Stayvora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to the Platform, other Centers, or their customers. Upon termination, we will retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion where legally permissible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
