Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how a Center can cancel their Stayvora Technologies subscription and what happens to their account, data, and any active integrations afterward.

2. How to Cancel

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Center Admin panel under Settings → Subscription, or by emailing support@stayvoratech.com from the registered account email. Cancelling stops the next auto-renewal charge — it does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions where a refund does apply).

Business Decision Required Before Publishing: whether cancellation should take effect immediately (losing access right away) or at the end of the already-paid billing period (recommended, and the more common SaaS convention) is a business decision for Stayvora management to confirm. This page is written assuming end-of-period access, matching the recommended approach.

3. Effect of Cancellation

4. Data After Cancellation

Customer application records, documents, and transaction history are retained per our Data Retention Policy for the period required by applicable law, even after a subscription is cancelled, so that historical records remain available if legally required. A Center may separately request deletion of specific records per our Data Deletion Policy, subject to those same legal retention requirements.

5. Reactivation

A cancelled account can typically be reactivated by resuming a paid subscription, restoring access to previously stored data, subject to the retention limits described above. Reactivation after an extended period of inactivity may require re-verification of Center KYC details per our KYC Policy.
