1. Purpose & Scope

Stayvora Technologies is committed to preventing the platform from being used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, consistent with applicable Indian law.

Legal Review Required Before Publishing: Stayvora is a software platform, not itself a Payment Aggregator/Payment Gateway, bank, or other entity directly regulated by the RBI for anti-money-laundering purposes — Centers' wallet top-ups and customer payments are processed through RBI-regulated Payment Aggregator partners (Razorpay, PhonePe), who carry the primary regulatory AML/KYC obligations for the funds movement itself. This statement is scoped to what Stayvora directly controls (KYC on Center onboarding, monitoring for suspicious platform activity, cooperation with authorities) rather than overstating Stayvora's own regulatory status. Please have this framing reviewed by legal counsel before publishing, and confirm whether Stayvora holds (or intends to obtain) any RBI authorization that would change this scope.

2. Our Role Alongside Payment Partners

All monetary transactions on the platform — subscription payments, wallet top-ups, and service fees — are processed through licensed Payment Aggregator partners (Razorpay, PhonePe), who are responsible for the AML/KYC compliance obligations attached to processing those payments under RBI regulation. Stayvora does not directly hold, transmit, or settle customer funds outside of those regulated channels.

3. KYC on Centers

Consistent with our KYC Policy, we require identity/business information from Centers before activating certain API-driven services, which helps deter the platform from being used by illegitimate operators.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

We monitor for patterns of platform activity that appear inconsistent with genuine Center operations (e.g. anomalous transaction volumes), and may suspend an account pending review where such activity is detected, per our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with any investigation into suspected financial crime involving the platform, to the extent required by applicable law.
