This policy governs the use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that the Stayvora Technologies platform integrates with on a Center's behalf — including third-party service providers (recharge/BBPS, PAN, eStamp, insurance, messaging, payments) and, where applicable, government API infrastructure such as API Setu. It applies to how the platform itself uses these APIs; it is not a public developer API offering to third parties at this time.
API integrations are used exclusively to fulfil a genuine request initiated by a Center operator on behalf of a customer — for example, submitting a recharge, checking a PAN application status, or generating an eStamp certificate. APIs are never called to collect, store, or process data beyond what is needed to complete that specific, consented request.
API calls to upstream providers are subject to those providers' own rate limits and fair-use terms. The platform applies its own internal safeguards (such as duplicate-request prevention) to avoid unnecessary or excessive calls to any connected API.
Data sent to or received from an integrated API is handled per our Privacy Policy and, where the API involves government data, per our API Setu Compliance commitments — data is used solely for the purpose the request was made, never stored beyond what is operationally necessary, and never shared onward except as required to complete the request.
The platform currently integrates with payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe), value-added service aggregators (for recharge/BBPS/PAN/insurance), messaging platforms (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS gateways), and document/eStamp service providers, each governed by their own terms in addition to this policy — see our Third-Party Services Policy.
We may suspend a Center's access to any integrated API where we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of this policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, or the terms of the upstream provider.
