All Legal & Compliance Pages

1. Overview

This policy explains how a Center operator or an end customer can request deletion of their personal data from the Stayvora Technologies platform, and what happens after that request is made.

2. How to Request Deletion

Center operators can request deletion of specific customer records directly within the platform (Customer profile → Delete), or by contacting support@stayvoratech.com. End customers who wish to have their data deleted should first contact the Center they interacted with, since that Center is the data controller for its own customers' records (see our Privacy Policy); if that isn't possible, they may email us directly and we will coordinate with the relevant Center.

3. What Gets Deleted

A deletion request removes the individual's personal information (name, contact details, uploaded documents, application data) from active systems. Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked back to an individual is not considered personal data and may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. What May Be Retained

Certain records cannot be deleted immediately where applicable law requires their retention — for example, completed payment/transaction records required for tax purposes, or records subject to an ongoing legal or regulatory obligation. In those cases, we retain only what the law requires and delete the rest.

5. Timeline for Deletion

Deletion requests that don't involve a legal retention exception are typically completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies are purged on our normal backup rotation cycle following the same request.
