Stayvora Technologies provides software that helps Center operators submit and track applications for government and third-party services (Aadhaar-linked services, PAN, GST, Income Tax, eStamp, insurance, and more). We are a facilitation platform, not the issuing authority — the actual approval, processing, and issuance of any government service or document remains entirely with the relevant government department, regulator, or authorized provider.
Any processing time, turnaround estimate, or validity period shown on the platform is an estimate based on typical timelines published by the relevant authority or provider, and is not a guarantee. Actual timelines depend entirely on that authority's or provider's own systems and workload, which we do not control.
Service availability depends on the uptime and correct functioning of the government portals and third-party provider systems the platform connects to. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or outages originating from those external systems.
The Center operator and the customer submitting an application are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents entered — Stayvora does not independently verify the truthfulness of application content beyond the technical validation the platform performs (e.g. format checks). An application rejected by a government authority due to inaccurate information is not a fault of the platform.
