Grievance Redressal Policy

Version 1.0 Effective: 30 July 2026 Last updated: 30 July 2026
All Legal & Compliance Pages

1. Purpose

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and applicable Indian law, Stayvora Technologies has established this Grievance Redressal Policy so that Center operators and their customers have a clear channel to raise complaints about content, data handling, or the operation of the platform.

2. Grievance Officer

Complaints and grievances relating to the platform can be addressed to our designated Grievance Officer:

Business Information Required Before Publishing: the Information Technology Rules, 2021 (Rule 3(2)) require a Grievance Officer to be a named individual. Please supply the following before this page is published:
  • Grievance Officer's full name and designation
  • Grievance Officer's email address and phone number
  • Registered Office address
  • GSTIN / Business Registration number
  • A dedicated Support Contact number (if different from the email above)

Until that information is published, all grievances can be submitted via support@stayvoratech.com with the subject line "Grievance," and will be routed internally to the appropriate person.

3. How to File a Grievance

Please include your Center account name/ID (or the Center you interacted with, if you are an end customer), a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs). This helps us resolve your grievance faster.

4. Resolution Timeline

We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, in line with the timelines prescribed under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, except where a matter requires longer investigation (e.g. involving a third-party provider or law enforcement), in which case we will keep you informed of progress.

5. Escalation

If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in writing to the Grievance Officer above, referencing your original complaint reference.
