The Stayvora Technologies platform — including its software, source code, design, user interface, and branding — is the intellectual property of Stayvora Technologies. Nothing in a Center's subscription transfers ownership of any of this to the Center.
A Center's active subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the Center's own business operations for as long as the subscription remains active. This license ends automatically when the subscription is cancelled or terminated.
Content a Center uploads or creates through the platform — its own branding on its public website page, customer documents it uploads, its own generated reports — remains owned by that Center (or its customer, as applicable). Stayvora only processes this content to provide the platform's functionality, per our Privacy Policy.
"Stayvora" and the Stayvora logo are trademarks of Stayvora Technologies. Government and third-party service names/logos referenced on the platform (e.g. Aadhaar, PAN, GST) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services available, not to imply endorsement.
